Most of us grew up playing with LEGO building crappy, square, rainbow coloured houses. But few of the people on the LEGO CUUSOO site grew up making architectural masterpieces and unlocking the full potential LEGO had to offer.
One of these people is a buddy of mine
and he only needs 10,000 supporters for his project to have the chance for it to get made as an actual product by LEGO.
He has two projects he's working on;
The first is The Legend of Zelda, LEGO Set/s: lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/148…
The second is Super Mario, LEGO Set/s: lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/160…
For more info, pictures and to see how dedicated he is to these projects check out his blog: project-continuum.blogspot.co.…
It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up and once you do you can even submit your own ideas to LEGO.
But you guys have to admit you haven't seen anything as detailed or as true to the themes from LEGO before...
Ok GIMP 2.8 finally came out: www.gimp.org/
I bring this up because every time I come on dA I see comments like "Wow!!! you done that with Gimp
", "I didn't know that was even possible in GIMP". (not just my account but MANY others aswell)
The tools you use don't limitate your creativity or ability, only the limitations and boundaries you set for yourself do that.
